FRCG-600 — Ultra Fine Coffee Grinder
An integrated lump breaker and precision disc-style grinder — a specialized, dual-stage material reduction system designed to break up heavily agglomerated bulk solids and mill them into an exact, uniform particle size in a single, continuous operation. Stage 1 (Integrated Lump Breaker / Deagglomeration): rotating dual-shaft blades draw in large consolidated masses (up to 6 in / 150 mm) and force material through a fixed heavy-duty lower grid, reducing friable lumps into consistent, flowable granular fragments. Stage 2 (Precision Disc-Style Grinder / Milling): material passes between two precision-aligned grinding discs — one spins rapidly, the other stationary or at controlled differential speed — with an infinite fine-grind adjustment mechanism spanning coarse 1/8" granules down to ultra-fine 150 mesh powders.

FRCG-1200 — Ultra Fine Coffee Grinder
The commercial grinder generates a consistent ultrafine grind at a capacity of up to 1,200 kg/hr, keeping coffee temperatures below 40°C at all times by water-cooling all rolls and the entire homogenizer surface, preserving volatile coffee oils and aromas.
